The Ground Floor Apartment

A spacious air-conditioned, self-contained and secured apartment with feature leadlight windows and doors, and polished floors.The furnished apartment can be rented as one, two or three bedrooms. An open-plan living area contains a well-appointed kitchen and pantry, dining, lounge and TV area. There is an elegant bathroom and separate toilet suite plus your personal laundry with ironing facilities. An outdoor entertainment area is available with a barbeque and outdoor furniture setting. The apartment has an enclosed private and secure provincial-style garden providing access to fresh vegetables and herbs in season.

Elderly, infirmed or wheelchair accessibility is available only to the Ground Floor Apartment.

Each Bedroom:
A room contains single/s or a king-size bed, air conditioning, spacious walk-in wardrobes, luggage storage and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bed and bath linen is provided and serviced during your stay. One extra person can be accommodated in a single bed within the living area. This arrangement must be organised when the booking enquiry is made.

Open-plan Living Area
:
The kitchen and pantry are fully equipped to take care of you and your guests providing a convection/microwave oven/cook top, separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, blue-light water purifier, cooking and eating utensils,. The entertainment area has seating for 6 at the circular glass dining table or in the lounge area. The entertainment equipment includes a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Laundry
:
A front-loading washing machine, tubs, drying and ironing facilities are provided.

Outdoor Entertainment Area and Garden
:
A large barbeque with cooking utensils is available. The outdoor setting for 6 people is undercover and lit at night. Fresh vegetables and herbs in season are available from the garden.

First Floor Apartment




An open-plan elegant air-conditioned, secure, furnished apartment with leadlight, etched glass work and polished floors featured.

The exquisite, spacious and light-filled apartment is accessed from your private entrance which opens into an elegant foyer. A circular wood and wrought iron staircase takes you to the first floor apartment. The apartment is designed for you to view the ocean from all rooms. Included in the open plan is the master bedroom with ensuite. French doors open on to an external back deck overlooking a provincial-style garden or internally bi-folding doors push back to reveal the ocean (exquisite from bed on moonlight nights). These doors lead into a quiet coffee and reading nook. Two stairs lead down to the lounge, dining and kitchen and through to a huge entertainment deck featuring views of Moreton Bay, as well as Stradbroke, Green, St Helena and Mud Islands. There is a personal laundry with ironing facilities. A separate toilet suite will cater for guests. A second bedroom (booking dependent) is available off the foyer.


The Master Bedroom and Ensuite:
Contains a king bed. An extra single bed can be made available for a third guest. Bed and bath linen is provided and serviced during your stay. A second bedroom, off the foyer, can be added to this apartment to accommodate two additional guests. This is dependent on the room's availability when booking enquiry is made.


Open-plan Living Area:
The stunning kitchen featuring polished granite benches, glass etching and timber floors with European appliances and blue-light water-purifiers is fully equipped to take care of you and your guests. The Dining Area has seating for 6 at a cherry wood dining table. The entertainment area contains a flat screen TV and DVD. Large French doors open up the front of the apartment onto the deck and the 180 degree view of the ocean and islands.

Entertainment Deck:
It's feature is the 180 degree ocean view including a large number of the bay islands. The deck offers outdoor entertaining while watching the numerous sailing and wind surfing races which are staged on the bay or a private visit from passing dolphins or a dugong and, of course, a multitude of bird species.
